COVID-19 LATEST UPDATE:

We have been deemed an essential service and will be remaining available to keep the supply of hardware and building materials flowing for our professional customers and the construction industry.

The health and welfare of our staff, our customers, and our communities remains our number 1 priority in these unprecedented times. Effective immediately, we have decided that it is in the best interests of all stakeholders that we limit customer access inside our stores as it is all of our responsibility to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus while continuing to service your hardware and building supply needs.

All orders for pick up or delivery must now be placed over the phone, fax, email, or text message. We will confirm receipt of your order and coordinate safe pick up or delivery with you. For payment, we will begin to make an exception to our normal policies and accept credit card over the phone (over $1000 requires management approval) or e-transfer to e2eae301z@kZ0zK@kkZ-tY5ki5-3vZ-NXZ8vJE|. House account holders will have their sales processed to their account as per usual.

As we are working with reduced staff to limit exposure and offer as much opportunity as possible for our people to self-isolate, we ask for your patience as we temporarily transform the way we do business together.

Construction site deliveries remain largely unaffected, however, out of respect for our front-line delivery personnel and in order to maintain social distancing, we will no longer be entering buildings under construction that are occupied by individuals other than our staff. Please be aware that delivery lead times may be slightly extended going forward. The more notice our customers can provide of their needs, the better for everyone.
